It was with a heavy heart and a tear in my eye that I finally had to put my mother in an assisted living facility. I knew this day would finally come due to her declining mental state, but with the help of this fine organization I was able to keep her at home as long as possible. It came to a point that I was no longer able to take care of her fully by myself. I came to the realization that if I was going to keep her at home that I was going to need some outside help. TLC was recommended to me by several individuals in the area so I called them up and made an appointment to meet with the owners, Kelly and patti. They came to the house and I found them to be prompt, professional and very understanding to the needs of my mother. I knew after meeting with them that they would be able to provide, through their care givers, the experience, dedication and compassion that my mother needed and deserved. I signed up with them that day knowing full well that I didn't need to contact and interview with any other companies. I used their services for nearly a year with great success. They were exactly what I needed in helping take care of my mother. The office staff, Christine and Karen, were extremely helpful and responsive in arranging the care givers and their schedules to fit my mother's needs. If there was ever an issue, they were pro active in dealing with it and informing me of the outcome. All the care givers they provided were very friendly, reliable and dedicated to the task at hand. I would like to give special recognition to three of the care givers that I thought always went above and beyond the call of duty; Susan, Christina and especially carrie. In closing, I feel very fortunate that I learned of TLC and the services they could provide. I certainly would not hesitate in recommending them to others in my situation and in need of quality care giving."
